Appliances, Carpet, and Flooring Oh My!
Hi everyone! Today we went shopping for a lot of different things... appliances at Lowe's - think we're going to go with stainless steel or stainless looking ones, carpet - a light beige or grey seems to be the consensus, and we've been looking at Costco's hardwood laminate flooring - the Brazilian cherry looks pretty spiffy. So many choices! Still not quite sure what to do with the 3rd bedroom area... possibly a dining room.
We just bought the Frigidaire 21 cubic foot satin finish (stainless steel looking). The stainless steel is nice but is prone to fingerprints and requires special cleaner. We just brought it home today, but so far we are happy with the choice. Plus, the Energy Star thing said it would cost something like $41/year. That is about half of what our current one does on a good year.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info Jim. We're considering going for a larger box (25 cu-ft) but that's an interesting point about the stainless steel and the cleaning.
